Required Documents for Medical Visa to India
The following are the required documents:
- Basic Documents
The passport must have at least six months validity from the date of application and at least two blank pages.
The application form should be filled out online through the IVAC website and printed out for submission. Two photographs, 2x2 inches in size, with a white background.
Make sure that they meet the specific requirements specified in the guidelines.
- Medical Documents
Medical Appointment is required from the concerned hospital in India detailing the medical issue.
It should include the patient's details, diagnosis, and the treatment concerned. There should be a concerning letter, stating the necessity of treatment in India.
- Financial Documents
