  • Financial proof may be asked for which includes your bank passbooks, or insurance papers. This is asked to ascertain your capability to pay for the treatment of your disease, your stay in India and the other costs that may incur in the way.

  • Additional documents like police clearance or medically fit certificates of the attendants may be asked. This is done for both your safety and the citizens of India’s safety. You may also be asked to produce valid certificates of Yellow Fever and Oral Polio Vaccination.
