About Karetrip

Karetrip is India's trusted medical tourism company and healthcare travel facilitator, a purpose-built concierge that guides international patients through every step of their medical journey in India. From your first inquiry to your final follow-up at home, Karetrip is the trusted hand beside you.

Founded and headquartered in Kerala, Karetrip works with a rigorously vetted network of JCI- and NABH-accredited hospitals across Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kochi, and Hyderabad.

We are not a hospital, and we do not own any medical facility, which means our only loyalty is to you, the patient.

Karetrip bridges the gap between the world's demand for affordable, high-quality healthcare and India's extraordinary capacity to deliver it compassionately, efficiently, and without compromise.

Our Story

The Reason We Began Karetrip

Anxious international patient sitting alone with a suitcase, reading a folder of medical reports in a busy Indian airport terminal
  1. Karetrip was not built in a boardroom. It was built from witnessing, firsthand, the chaos that international patients face when they travel to India for treatment alone, confused, and at their most vulnerable.

  2. A patient flying from Dhaka to Chennai for cancer treatment should not have to figure out hospital appointments, visa paperwork, airport logistics, accommodation near the hospital, and language barriers all on their own, often in a state of physical and emotional distress.

  3. We saw this gap. We lived parts of it. And we refused to accept it as "just how it is." Karetrip was created to be the person every international patient wishes they had standing beside them in India, organised, compassionate, and completely focused on their wellbeing.

Every patient that came to India deserved a guide. Not a broker. Not an agent. A guide who genuinely cared whether they got better, and who removed every obstacle between them and their healing.

Purpose

Our Mission & Vision

We measure our success not in revenue, but in patients who returned home healthier than when they arrived, and who felt cared for every step of the way.

Our Mission

To make India's world-class healthcare accessible to every patient in the world: easily, affordably, and with the compassion they deserve. Karetrip exists to eliminate the fear, confusion, and isolation that international patients face when seeking treatment abroad, and to replace it with clarity, confidence, and genuine human care.

Our Vision For Tomorrow

Karetrip envisions a world where no patient is denied access to the best medical treatment simply because of where they were born or how much money they have. We are building towards a future where India is recognised globally as the most accessible, high-quality, and patient-friendly medical destination on earth, and Karetrip is the trusted gateway that makes that a reality.

We are expanding our network, deepening our technology, and growing our on-ground presence across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East to serve every patient who needs us.

Why Karetrip

What Makes Us Different?

Unbiased Hospital Matching

We own no hospitals. Our recommendations are driven solely by your diagnosis, budget, and clinical requirements, never by referral fees or partnerships.

We secure your official hospital Visa Invitation Letter within 24 hours of clinical approval, fast-tracking your Indian medical visa with zero bureaucratic delays.

Cost Savings Up to 80%

The same surgeries that cost $40,000–$100,000 in the US or UK are available through our partner hospitals for a fraction of the price, without sacrificing quality.

Top-Tier Accredited Partners Only

Every hospital in the Karetrip network holds JCI or NABH accreditation. We evaluate partners on outcomes, safety records, and patient satisfaction, not just reputation.
